Dance has been a part of Mistral’s life for over 20 years. She grew up on ballet, receiving formal training in both Cecchetti and Vaganova styles. Mistral continued her dance education at SUNY Purchase College at their internationally recognized Dance Conservatory. Mistral has been living and working as a freelancing modern concert dancer and aerialist out of New York City ever since.

She has had the pleasure of working with Pilobolus both in the US and abroad, and with New York based companies such as Company Stefanie Batten Bland, Alison Chase Performance,  Manuel Vignoulle, and Jordan Morley/Little Riot. There is nothing more satisfying than self-expression through movement, and Mistral feels so fortunate to have taken this path and experienced all that the dance world has to offer.
